Returns and refunds on our all products are welcome: 

  • Within 14 days of receiving a defective item, you may request a refund or an exchange.
  • The wrong item must be returned in its original packaging in original condition.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available in the event of a change of mind.

  • You may return items only if they've not been used or damaged. The return of an opened and used product is not possible.
  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

 All descriptions should be carefully read before bidding. Although we have taken every precaution to ensure the correct item is shipped out, there is a possibility that the item you receive may differ from the description. Should such a situation arise, please contact us immediately so that we can correct it. Your satisfaction is crucial to our business.

 Items should be in a saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund. Following are the steps for initiating a return:

  • The original order number should be available to you.

  • As soon as your order is approved, you will receive an email with return/refund approval instructions.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipment costs cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if one is issued.
  • Customized & personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders.
  • Refunds are not possible for discount or sale items.
