Latest Processing and Delivery Updates

There are currently no delays in order processing, however you may experience delays of between 1 - 5 Business Days in addition to the speeds listed below. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you get your order as soon as possible! The tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once it has been shipped, as usual.

In addition to your estimated delivery date, DHL Shipping is currently experiencing delays of 1-5 days.

Clothing accepts orders for all other international destinations, but customs processing and delivery may be delayed

The delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Your patience is appreciated. We apologize for any delays you may experience.

Change an Order

As soon as you place an order, we cannot make changes to the items in it or add more items.

Let us know as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel your order and place a new one with the changes you wish to make. The shipment will be attempted to be stopped if it has not been processed by our fulfillment center. Cancellations after orders are placed are not guaranteed. Please see the help section Returns & Exchanges for more information about returning your order.

Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not been processed by our fulfillment center will be attempted to be stopped from shipping. Once orders are placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Returns & Refunds (See the help section Returns & Refunds) allows you to return your order after it has been received.

Payments are usually returned to your account within 0 to 5 days after they have been processed by the card company. Refunds are usually reflected on credit card statements after 2 or 3 billing cycles. If you have a credit card, please check with your provider.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. It takes 1 - 5 business days for us to process your request. In the meantime, our warehouse is processing orders "awaiting fulfillment" and shipping them out as soon as possible. In the event of an order placed after 12 pm PST, it will start to be processed the next business day.

The tracking number of an order is confirmed once it has shipped. Each part of your order will receive tracking information, and you may receive items separately to speed up processing.

The delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Types

All prices are listed as USD. Conversion rates will be applied by your banking provider to your payment method’s currency.

Trendy fashion style accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

DHL is the carrier of choice for Trendy Fashion when shipping within the US. There is no guarantee that the carriers will remain the same. The delivery date cannot be guaranteed. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and DHL shipping.

International Shipments

DHL Shipping is used by Trendy Fashion Styles to ship international packages. There is no guarantee that carriers will remain the same. Please allow additional time for international orders to arrive due to delays in customs processing. The delivery date cannot be guaranteed. In order to ensure standard shipping and processing for holiday orders, please order early.


The flat rate for DHL shipping is $29.99


Shipping options may not be available in all receiving countries. When you select shipping at the time of purchase, you will see all available options. When making your selection, if an option is not available to you, we cannot manually add it.

Problem When Tracking Your Order

Depending on the carrier, your tracking number will show as accepted within one to five business days of dispatch (COVID UPDATE: All orders are delivered to carriers within one business day of label creation). An order marked as label created is one that has been handed to the carrier but has not yet been scanned by them. It may take over 7 days for tracking numbers to be accepted by the carrier's network and may not update or show movement/scans until delivery). At this time, we cannot provide you with more detailed information. Let me know if you have any problems.


The carrier can provide you with more information about your order's progress if your tracking is active (in transit, delayed, etc.).


On the carrier's tracking page, you can find contact information for the carrier if you have tracking inquiries within the US. Our carrier Passport can be contacted directly for international tracking inquiries using the chat function on your tracking page. It is possible that your order will be returned to us if the address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout, if the order wasn't collected in time, or if additional duties, taxes, or other customs fees haven't been paid. Once your order is received back at our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the items contained in it. The original shipping charges cannot be refunded if the order is returned to us due to our error.
