MY ORDER IS STUCK OR NOT MOVING


There are some unexpected circumstances and due to issues with carriers, you may see some delays in tracking updates on your order.

  • It still says that my order is awaiting shipment:

     Usually, tracking reports say that an order has not been shipped for one of two reasons:

    After you've been notified that the package has been shipped and you've received your tracking number, the first scan may not occur until a few days after the shipment has arrived.

    You can find information about our Shipping Time frames if you need more information about processing time for your order.

  •  My order still says it is In Transit for a few days:

    When orders reach the next shipping hub, they are held with "In Transit". Packages and can be held for few days without an updated scan due to some unexpected circumstances beyond our control. In the event your package remains "In Transit" for more than 7 days from the last tracking update, please reach out to us or to your local post office to obtain the latest update.
