ORDER STUCK OR NOT MOVING

At Trendy Fashion Styles, we understand how important it is to receive your fashion essentials on time. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure fast delivery, unexpected delays can sometimes occur within the shipping network.

1. My order says "Awaiting Shipment" or "Label Created"

If you have received a tracking number but the status hasn't updated, please note:

  • Scanning Delays: After your package leaves our fulfillment center in Triangle, VA, it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier (USPS) to perform the initial scan at their sorting facility.

  • Processing Time: Remember that our standard handling time is 1–2 business days. Tracking numbers are generated as soon as the label is printed, but the physical movement starts once the carrier picks up the daily batch.

2. My order has been "In Transit" for several days

"In Transit" means your package is moving between shipping hubs. If the status hasn't updated for a few days:

  • Sorting Hub Delays: During peak seasons or extreme weather, packages can be held at a major hub for 2–3 days without a new scan.

  • The 7-Day Rule: If your tracking status remains "In Transit" with no updates for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact us immediately at info@trendyfashionstyles.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
