Our total delivery time consists of Handling + Transit time:

  • Handling: 1–2 Business Days.

  • Transit (Economy): 5–8 Business Days.

  • Transit (Standard): 3–4 Business Days.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the USPS official website or via our internal tracking page.

  • Tracking Update: It usually takes 1–2 business days for the tracking information to activate after the order is processed.

3. Where do you ship from and to?

We operate and ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Triangle, Virginia. Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States to ensure the fastest delivery and best service quality.

4. Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes! Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your Order Number. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.
