Return & Exchange Policy

Each of The Trendy Fashion's products is covered by a lifetime warranty. Whenever your item has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Customer Service can assist you with the arrangements.

Under our warranty, only manufacturing defects are covered. Items lost after delivery, misused, neglected, or damaged by normal wear and tear are not the responsibility of Trendy Fashion.

Return & Exchange

  • Upon receipt of the product, we will refund your money within 30 days. A full refund will only be issued if the return is in a saleable condition. 
  • It is your responsibility to return the incorrect item in its original and unused condition, as well as in its original box and packaging.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available in the event of a change of mind.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges available for Size Issues. To make it easier for you to determine the size of each product, we have attached size guides.
  • It is important to return items in the same condition in which they were received. You cannot return an opened or used product.
  • Any shipping charges paid cannot be refunded.

Before bidding, read all descriptions. The item you receive may be different from the description, even though every effort was made to ensure that it was the correct item. Please contact us as soon as possible if this occurs. It is important to us that you are satisfied with our services.

Returns must be in saleable condition in order to receive a full refund. If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Prepare your original order number.
  • Contact our customer service team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at info@trendyfashionstyles.com.
  • Once your return/refund has been approved, you will receive an email.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for shipping when returning an item. Shipment costs are not refundable. Refunds will be deducted for return shipping costs.
  • Custom and personalized (engraved) items cannot be returned or refunded. Payment in full is required for custom orders.
  • It is not possible to refund items on sale or discounted.

Damages And Issues

In the event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
