At Trendy Fashion Styles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility Window

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the request within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the carrier's delivery confirmation).

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Exclusions: Altered or damaged items (by the customer) are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email us at info@trendyfashionstyles.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping: After approval, the item must be dispatched back to us within 7 days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Trendy Fashion Styles will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Preference: For returns based on a change of mind, sizing preferences, or style choice, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or card issuer).

  • Note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
