Returning Merchandise

- If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send us an email at "" with the Order Number for the Authorization. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Trendy Fashion Styles gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. , unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

*Original shipping fee is Non-refundable.

*Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.
*Any issues concerning a not delivered package we must be notified within 30 days of order date.
*Once your return request is approved, you have 30 days to return the items. If the package is returned after  days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

Nonrefundable items

Returned items from the following categories are not accepted.
( Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hosiery: If items from following categories are shipped back, they are subject to 20% restocking fee)

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
  • We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
